Great hotel stay at Wyndham. The spa was amazing, with an entry voucher included and affordable massages. The rooms were clean and spacious, and fresh water bottles provided daily. highly recommend this hotel.

It's good and close to the airport but not close to the city and no any shop or restaurant around the hotel

Very well trained staff, speaking perfect english and with outstanding professionalism, like expected in any 5 star. Room has a coffee maker (not instant coffee) , very large room & bathroom - and perfect to watch tv from the bathtub ! The pool and spa, open 24 hours, are a must.

Grind coffee in the room, but its taste is not good enough, for such a hotel (and some instant coffees even taste better) ! I changed rooms and staff just debited my credit card without asking; when checking out, the matching invoice from the 1st room was not even available for printing. How come, in such a high priced hotel, no proper invoice can be given to a guest checking out ? ... only something called "information Bill" is available !

I have been 6 days in this hotel. Very friendly staff and the room was as well excellent. The locaction is not that close to the centre but the airport is very near. Always take normal taxi's in China as you will pay the "black" drivers at least the triple price.

Room and bathroom are really comfortable. It is far away from city center. But it has really good staff and restaurants. They have cooked me a special dinner(for muslims).

It was so difficult to me. They gave me free spa ticket. When i went there, i saw all men were fully naked. And it was not allowed to enter with swimsuit or sarong.

I stayed at this hotel recently and found the location convenient as it was close to the airport and a big shopping mall with various restaurants. In addition, I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel facilities and the attentive staff who provided excellent transportation service.

Hotel policy concerning deposit they Check everyday if your balance between your deposit and your consomption is positive, if not they refuse to serve you! Even for 10 euro... 5 star Hotel! They insist so much on this point.... Difficult to understand...

Comfortable rooms

This is my second stay at this hotel and it was not as good as the first. Good service but I expect better from a Hilton Branded hotel. Not a great menu choice if staying for several days.

The room was spacious with attentive housekeeping. Spa area well-kept. Reception staff friendly with a large area. Complimentary cookie and room upgrade were appreciated. Luxurious decor, huge bathroom, and good amenities. Breakfast was satisfactory and affordable. exceeded expectations and highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

The room was fading already a bit, stains on the floor.....

Stayed in the Executive Rooms with free access to the Executive Lounge for breakfast, tea and evening canapes. Rooms are excellent with suitable facilties for business stay. Free internet and good toiletries. Location is close to airport and industrial areas. There is a shopping mall close to the hotel.

Airconditioning was practically not functioning in my room. Temperature outside was 8 or 9 degC and inside was a hot 29 degC. When I complained, their solution was to keep the window open. I am sure they can provide better service. Charged 25 cny for a laundry bag used by colleague to pack his dirty clothes.
